Started by three former accountants who got tired of watching successful people lose everything. We'd sit in meetings with business owners who'd built something real, only to see it disappear because they didn't have proper liability protection. So we decided to do something about it. Fifteen years later, we've helped 847 clients shield their assets using everything from LLCs to more complex structures. Grew organically through word-of-mouth.
